If you’re new to the gym, unsure where to start, or looking to build a healthy and balanced approach to long-term fitness, this program is for you. Together, we’ll explore the power of mindfulness, movement, and physical strength.
Our goal is to cut through the confusing messages often pushed by the fitness industry and bring it back to the simple, sustainable basics that truly work.
Each session includes:
* A yoga component
* A strength-training component
* Short lessons on mindfulness, nutrition, body image, and finding joy in the process
We’ll start each session in our private training room and transition to the main gym for the strength-training portion during the final weeks. This is a safe, supportive space to build confidence, learn lifelong skills, and discover what your body can do.
OUR INSTRUCTORS
Emma struggled with body image and confidence growing up, but later learned to appreciate what her body could do, instead of being focused on what it looked like.
Experience with sport, injuries, and years of training has helped Emma see how strength has a big impact on all areas of life. She loves helping others find this in themselves.
Emma has worked in the sport, fitness, and strength and conditioning industry for over 15 years. She has also competed at the IFAF World Championship (2013, tackle football), CANPL National Championships (2025, 2026, powerlifting), and continues to learn more about what she is capable of.

Patti Doyle
RYT
Patti teaches Hatha yoga classes at ForFitness, where she aims to bring a calm, supportive energy to every session.
She has been practicing yoga for many years and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. She then deepened her practice with Yin Yoga Teacher Training in the fall of 2024.
Patti’s classes focus on building strength, gentle flexibility, and body awareness, while encouraging students to slow their minds, be present, and feel empowered in their bodies.
With a belief in training for life, strength training is a very important part of Patti's routine. She was once a Fitness Instructor and Women's basketball coach, and loves being able to motivate girls to be their best selves, and to take care of their bodies and protect their minds.
Outside of the studio and gym, Patti enjoys running and reading. Her husband and 13-year-old son are also proud ForFitness members. She loves being a small part of the ForFitness family and is passionate about guiding others through their yoga and health journey in a space that feels like home.
