MIDDLE SCHOOL ADP
Our athlete development program (ADP) is designed to provide athletes with the foundational skills they need to take their training to the next level.
Each session includes a proper warm-up and components of balance & coordination, speed, power, and strength training. Athletes will be coached through all movements to ensure safety and proper technique while they develop new skills and learn how to improve their athletic abilities in a positive environment.
Course participants who are also active gym members will receive a 20% discount.

Class Participants: Middle school students
Cost: $263+tax (16 sessions)
OUR INSTRUCTOR

Simon graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT). He is currently working toward his certification as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP).

Simon has experience working with a variety of people, from university-level basketball players to members of the general population. He believes that exercise can benefit people of all ages and abilities, and that staying active plays an important role in improving health, maintaining independence, and enhancing overall quality of life.
He is passionate about helping clients build their confidence, develop healthy habits, and achieve goals that are meaningful to them. Outside of the gym, Simon enjoys playing basketball and staying active.
