STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A complete gym novice, Kelly started her fitness journey right here five years ago. After learning the ForFitness philosophy, she quickly fell in love with the feeling of being strong.
Today, Kelly enjoys sharing everything she's learned with those who feel intimidated by a gym environment, like she was just a short time ago.
And now, as an experienced instructor, Kelly loves to empower people, easily bringing out their natural, inner athlete.

Having started his professional career as a level-two ski instructor and freestyle coach, Matt has always worked with all ages and types of people. Now, his main focus is on rehabilitation and performance.
Currently, along with his regular patients, Matt works with tactical (firefighter, police, paramedic etc.) professionals, as well as soccer, mixed martial arts, hockey, golf, kayaking, rowing, basketball, racquetball, baseball, and running athletes.

Ella joined the ForFitness community in 2013, first participating in the Middle School Sport Performance program, and then becoming a gym member.

In 2025, Ella graduated from the University of New Brunswick, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. While there, she worked with various populations, including the Varsity Reds and the Fredericton police academy.

As well as being an instructor at ForFitness, Ella is also a High-Performance certified trainer (CSEP-HP), and is working towards her certification in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Outside of work, Ella loves to train and play football.
REGAN McPHEE, BSc, M&B CERT
BREATHWORK & MEDITATION
Being a dedicated breathwork practitioner herself, Regan knows how beneficial breathing slowly and consciously can be. So, after 23 years of practicing solo, she became a certified breathwork and meditation teacher.
Her goal as an instructor is to share these simple and transformative therapies with as many others as possible – from athletes looking to boost their performance through increased endurance and quicker recovery, to those hoping to improve their overall health by lowering their stress levels and decreasing their heartrate and blood pressure.

JULIE PARKER, RYT
YOGA
With her 200hr Hatha Vinyasa teacher training under her belt, and near-completion of her 500hr certification, Julie is passionate about creating classes that are accessible to everyone — beginners and experts alike.
Having had two back surgeries herself, Julie knows the importance of modifying positions based on a student’s individual needs. So, along with a “no yogi left behind” philosophy, Julie focuses on safe, fun transitions that build strength and mobility.
Julie also encourages students to listen to their bodies. She makes positions work for practitioners, rather than forcing their bodies into particular shapes. And with soft music setting the tone, students can expect to be gently challenged and greatly relaxed in Julie’s class.
When not leading Hatha yoga, Julie is styling hair, building up her own strength and mobility at the gym, reading up on the body-mind-nutrition connection, and spending time with family, friends and a feisty orange cat. She looks forward to practicing with you!
