I have been practicing yoga at ForFitness and Athletics with Julie Parker since January 2024.
As a yoga instructor, Julie is warm, patient, personable, and very knowledgeable. With her extensive training and many years of teaching, she is able to make yogis of all skill levels feel welcome, confident, and comfortable in her class; she regularly offers options for poses to ensure each participant has an inclusive, positive experience while making their yoga practice their own.
She seems to have the ability to read the room and figure out just exactly what each one of us needs on any given night. Julie's class is one of the highlights of my week.

Lynn and I have been doing personal Training with both Hilary and Kelly for three years.
