Geoff Forgie, PT
Physiotherapist, Co-Owner & Operator
Geoff is a physiotherapist and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Brunswick. He also has his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland.
He is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick, and is a Complete Concussions-certified provider.
Geoff has a passion for helping to motivate and educate people in health and fitness, and supports his patients by promoting a holistic approach in their treatment and care.


Monique LeBlanc, PT
Physiotherapist
Monique graduated from the UNB with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology before completing her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.

A certified pelvic floor therapist, Monique is highly skilled in prenatal and postpartum recovery. She’s also passionate about helping athletes of all levels recover from injury and reach their peak performance. With training in techniques such as manual therapy and dry needling, she tailors every treatment to your unique recovery needs.

Monique believes in a whole-person approach to wellness and empowers her patients through movement. She focuses on creating personalized exercise programs designed to support your goals and help you feel your best.
Tyler Williams, PT
Physiotherapist
Tyler William graduated from the University of New Brunswick, Saint John, in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. And, in 2019, he obtained his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Tyler is also a Complete Concussions-certified provider.
Working at both ForFitness and Athletics, and the Saint John Regional Hospital, Tyler believes that movement is medicine. Big or small, he would love to help you reach your goals through exercise and education.
