PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

ForFitness and Athletics' Sport Performance Programs are designed to provide athletes with the foundational skills they need to take their training to the next level. Participants are coached through all movements to ensure safety and the use of proper technique.

​

Each session of a ForFitness performance program includes a proper warm-up and components of balance and coordination, speed, power, and strength training, allowing attendees to learn how to improve their athletic abilities while in a positive, supportive environment.
