Jillian Lamb, RMT

Working as a registered massage therapist in the Kennebecasis valley for over two decades, Jillian uses a treatment approach designed to help her clients with pain relief, and to educate them on improving mobility in the body.
Jillian completed her mastery in Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Dysfunction in 2016 and has helped many clients with their pain and mobility in the face/jaw. Jillian is also certified in RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Therapy.
WHAT IS RAPID NEUROFASCIAL RESET?
RAPID NeuroFascial Reset is a neurologically-based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous system's role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. As an evidence-based, manual therapy technique, Jillian uses RAPID to quickly and effectively eliminate pain in her patients.
Kala Hachey, RMT
Massage Therapist
Kala graduated from her massage therapy program in 2017, and has a passion for wellness. She loves helping others improve their daily lives, reducing their pain and stress, and facilitating the healing process of injuries.

As for treatments, Kala provides therapeutic massage, pregnancy, and myofascial cupping therapy. So, whether you are looking for a deep tissue massage, or simply a little relaxation, Kala designs an outcome-based treatment plan specific to your wants and needs.

Kate Arseneault, RMT
Massage Therapist
Kate is a registered massage therapist who started working at ForFitness after graduating from the massage therapy program at Eastern College in 2018.
Whether you prefer a relaxing session, or a deep tissue massage, Kate believes massage therapy can benefit everyone. She is certified in general Swedish massage and cupping.
Marsha Thelosen, RMT
Massage Therapist
Marsha Thelosen has been a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist since 2004. Certified in Craniosacral Therapy techniques, Marsha brings a unique approach to her sessions, focusing on the body's innate ability to heal and restore balance.
Also, as a Thai Yoga Therapist and certified Yoga Teacher, she incorporates movement and breathwork into her treatments, promoting physical relaxation and mental and emotional well-being


Samantha Totten, RMT
Massage Therapist
Samantha is a registered massage therapist who graduated from Eastern College with honors in 2018. She offers various massage techniques, such as therapeutic, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, pregnancy, and sports massage.
She is also certified in Myofascial Cupping. Sam customizes every massage to your individual needs and believes that healing begins within.
