I’m SJ born and raised growing up in the sports community. I found a career to combine my passion for sports and willingness to help others through my own personal injuries as an adolescent. I obtained my BSc in Exercise Science with specialization in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in Montreal. This experience allowed myself to develop as a person and a therapist; giving me all the tools to provide the best possible experience for all my clients.
