What is Mobility?


Mobility refers to our ability to move freely without stress on the body. Our flexibility is dependent on the range of motion of our muscles. The two are not the same but are not mutually exclusive. Good mobility can assist your flexibility and vice versa.


Mobility training will improve the range of motion of your joints and muscles. It will assist in improving your posture and will alleviate 'everyday' aches and pains.

What is Kettlebell Training?


Kettlebells are cast-iron weights ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping.


When exercising with kettlebells, you use momentum, deceleration, and stabilization. It helps to build endurance and power. Benefits of kettlebell training include improved coordination and agility, better posture and alignment, improved back pain, and more.

What is Strength and Balance Training?

Though it might not cross your mind, you need good balance to do just about everything, including walking, getting out of a chair, and leaning over to tie your shoes. Strong muscles and being able to keep yourself steady make all the difference to those and many other things you do every day.


Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core.

Three classes per week run by a registered physiotherapist. Classes are modified to the strength, balance and mobility levels of our participants.
