We offer THREE CLASSES PER WEEK run by a registered physiotherapist.
Classes are modified to the strength, balance and mobility levels of our participants.
LEVEL 1 - Tuesday
1:00pm to 2:00pm
LEVEL 2 - Monday & Thursday
1:00pm - 2:00pm
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for individuals who feel 60 years of age, or over.
