The Breakout Basketball Clinic is a fusion of two often separate, yet inter-dependent disciplines.  Strength training provided by experts at Forfitness and Athletics, and basketball skills from experts at the East Coast Basketball Academy. The two disciplines combine to create a fully competent basketball player. Through specialized functional movement training tailored to the sport of basketball, athletes who join our program will gain knowledge of proper form and developing the power to elevate their game to the next level, increasing their ability and also helping avoid injury, while the ECBA will do the same in the area of basketball skills.

 

Both JR and SR groups will receive strength and conditioning programs tailored to each individual.  First, a full Functional Movement screen to identify movement deficiencies and screen for any sign of pain with movement. Once completed, a program is designed around improving those deficiencies and turning them into strengths.
