What is GLA:D?
GLA:D® is an 8-week education and exercise program developed in Denmark for people with symptoms of knee or hip osteoarthritis (OA), such as pain or stiffness.
GLA:D® is being launched across Canada as “GLA:D™ Canada”, and is offered by Denise Hollway at Forfitness and Athletics.

What is F.I.T. Program?
The F.I.T (Forfitness Interval Training) program will take you through guided strength exercises and high-intensity cardiovascular training. Individualization and/or modification are conducted on an as-needed basis.

What is Movement ABCs?
Movement ABCs – agility, balance, and coordination – are essential components of physical literacy. They are required in all sports, and in order to stay active for life.
