GLA:D Canada Education and Exercise Program

What is GLA:D?


GLA:D® is an 8-week education and exercise program developed in Denmark for people with symptoms of knee or hip osteoarthritis (OA), such as pain or stiffness.


GLA:D® is being launched across Canada as “GLA:D™ Canada”, and is offered by Denise Hollway at Forfitness and Athletics.

Forfitness Interval Training (F.I.T)

What is F.I.T. Program?


The F.I.T (Forfitness Interval Training) program will take you through guided strength exercises and high-intensity cardiovascular training.  Individualization and/or modification are conducted on an as-needed basis.

We offer regular, sport-specific performance clinics throughout the year. These clinics are designed to work on the strength and conditioning of athletes on and off-season.

Movement ABCs

What is Movement ABCs?


Movement ABCs – agility, balance, and coordination – are essential components of physical literacy. They are required in all sports, and in order to stay active for life.
