Tuesdays at 6pm
Strength & Conditioning Classes
(formerly called F.I.T and Active Aging)
ADULTS - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
6am & 9am
(Regular Schedule - 6am, 9am, and 4:15pm will be back in September 2019)
50 + - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am
Level 1 - Mondays at 5:30pm
Level 2 - Wednesdays at 5:30pm, and Saturday at 9am
Strength & Balance
Level 1 Tuesdays at 1pm
Level 2 Mondays at 1pm and Thursdays at 1pm
Saturdays at 8am
